The hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the *****. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price

Serviço bom, instalações, tv com som e imagem horrível, porta do banheiro rangendo e não fechava totalmente, vazamento no chuveirinho, café da manhã poucas opções, pra ser um hotel na av central de Balneário Camboriú,deixou - nos triste

O hotel possui uma excelente localização em Balneário Camboriú, porém no café da manhã deixou a desejar, pois o suco de laranja que foi servido estava azedo. Eu tive também um problema com o chuveiro, porém foi resolvido pela equipe do hotel.

Good location but out of season , i cant imagine the noisy during the summer time, Breakfast ok, furniture need some updates and the negative point for the cleanliness.
